FAQs
Do I need an account to book a court?
Yes. For everyone’s security, guest booking is not allowed. Just register with your name, mobile number, and email, then verify your email to start booking.
How does booking work?
Log in, choose a date, pick a court, then select your available hourly time slots. Availability updates in real time so you’ll never double-book. The total cost is shown before you confirm.
How do I pay for a booking?
All bookings are paid from your in-app wallet. Top up your wallet first, and the booking amount is automatically deducted when you confirm — no cash needed on-site.
How do I top up my wallet?
Go to Wallet → Top Up, choose an amount, and select a payment method (GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, or InstaPay). Send your payment, upload the receipt, and an admin will approve it — your balance updates as soon as it’s approved.
How much does it cost to play?
Court rental is ₱150 per hour from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and ₱200 per hour from 4:00 PM to 12:00 MN.
What are your operating hours?
We’re open daily from 7:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from My Bookings. Please note two rules: you can cancel a maximum of 3 bookings per day, and a booking cannot be cancelled within 1 hour of its scheduled start time. When cancelled within the rules, the full amount is automatically refunded to your wallet.
How many courts are available?
We have 3 premium courts. You can pick your preferred court when booking, subject to availability.
